I just wanted to let you know about the great care my husband received from the Emergency Room. Marcus Riccioni MD, Lauren RN and ancillary staff were knowledgeable, attentive extremely kind and compassionate .He fell safer there than he did at home in Arvada, Colorado. Great experienced and hospital.
I drove 1.5 hours to come to down east community family practice because no doctors near me are taking new patients. I have several extremely severe conditions that cause me extreme discomfort, fatigue, and pain. The doctor's name was Kelly, she played on her phone the entire appointment and looked up my illnesses on a phone app called Pintrest. 100% of her medical advice came from this app. Im writhing in agonizing pain wishing i had gone elsewhere.

I hqve sepis and its in my throat to&the point its so swollen and sore that im unable to swallow solid foods without pureeing it to a liquid first and they didnt do any lab work at all and just sent me home..I was diagnosed with sepsis a week about and have been on antibiotic for 22 days straight..its not helping and this hospital could take the time to look at more then my ears and throat and sent me to ears nose throat specialist then sent me home. Sepsis can be fatal! It should of been taken care of more properly or sent me to eastern Maine med
I was admitted to the E.D. after having been in a bike accident. I cannot say enough about how excellent the care was. The medical staff's expertise, efficiency, caring manner, and gentle humor got me through a very tough time. Thanks to each and every one of you. Your hard work and diligence are greatly appreciated.
